Let's begin with the overall composition of the image. I like the way you put her together in terms of line art and colour, as well as "concept". The line art is quite impressive, though there is still much room for improvement. Try making lines much more softer looking, and use more smooth curving lines for an added natural effect.
The colour on this I can see that you have also incorporated the combination of your old B&W style, as well as your new use of colour and gradients. I feel that in this particular Image, there was more you could have done, such as adding textures, painting with actual brushes, and adding a nice BG to go along with it.
The whole "Concept" of the image is a good one, from looking at your original sketch, as well as this finished Line art, I can tell that this piece has character, and the character displays emotions successfully. There are little things here and there that you need improvement on, such as more defined clothes, because a good chunk of the time they're hard to recognize, though that may have been you intention to do. Also, you seem to have quite some problems with hands, they don't really look like hands, and look a bit too wrinkly. My advice would be to just sketch out hands and practice drawing them in several different ways and poses; You can always use your own hands as references.
That's really it, This is another great piece by you, and I expect to see more great pieces come from you.
